We decided to start a new tradition this year... Elf on the Shelf. It's fun watching Madison roam around the house every morning looking for him. Plus it was nice to say "elf is watching" as incentive for good behavior every time she was on the verge of a tantrum (which isn't very often, but still).
Anyone else out there doing Elf on the Shelf this year? Any ideas? As Christmas approaches, we're finding it hard to keep him moving especially since we're dealing with a toddler so Mr. Elf needs to be at least two feet off the floor. I swear Christmas is more fun as a parent than it ever was as a kid!
